Our product line for foodservice markets includes nine “ready to cook” potato products—unpeeled red skin diced and wedged potatoes and peeled diced, sliced, and shredded white potatoes. They are kosher certified and have a shelf life of 30 days. In addition, the line includes several varieties of mashed potatoes, all with 60 day shelf life. These mashed potatoes are made with fresh potatoes so they have real potato flavor. |
